Processing time
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. You'll receive a confirmation email when your order is placed and a tracking link once it ships. Orders placed at weekends or on public holidays are processed on the next business day.

Fragile items
Glass products are shipped in moulded protective packaging. If an item arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and we'll arrange a replacement or refund — see our returns policy.
