Are your products food-safe?+
Yes. Every food-contact component meets FDA 21 CFR and LFGB food-grade standards. The exact materials and the temperature, microwave and freezer suitability are listed on each product page.
Are the containers airtight?+
Our jars, canisters and many containers use silicone gaskets to create an airtight seal for dry storage. We describe sealing objectively — we don't claim that storage extends shelf life or keeps food fresher for longer.
Are they dishwasher, microwave and freezer safe?+
It depends on the item. Each product page states exactly what's suitable — for example, glass bodies are usually freezer- and microwave-safe without the lid, while bamboo lids are hand-wash only. Always check the 'Temperature / use' note.
Is the plastic BPA-free?+
Yes. Where we use plastics they are BPA-free, food-grade polypropylene, PET, Tritan or SAN, as stated per product.
What currency are prices in?+
All prices and shipping charges are in US Dollars (USD).
Do you ship internationally?+
Yes, we ship worldwide. See our shipping policy for estimated times and costs. Free shipping applies to orders over $55 USD.
What's your returns policy?+
Unopened items can be returned within 14 days. For hygiene reasons, opened food-contact items can't be returned unless faulty or damaged. See our returns policy for full details.
My glass item arrived damaged — what do I do?+
Email support@rutlandph.shop within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photos, and we'll arrange a free replacement or full refund.
Do you offer bulk or wholesale pricing?+
