Returns policy

14-day returns on unopened items

You may return unopened, unused items in their original packaging within 14 days of delivery for a refund of the product price. To start a return, email support@rutlandph.shop with your order number.

Hygiene-sensitive items

For health and hygiene reasons, food-contact items cannot be returned once opened or used (for example jars, containers, bags, wraps and dispensers), unless they are faulty or damaged. This does not affect your statutory rights.

Faulty or damaged items

If an item arrives damaged or develops a fault, contact us within 48 hours of delivery (for damage) or as soon as a fault appears, with your order number and photos. We'll arrange a free replacement or a full refund including any return shipping.

How refunds work

• Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method.
• Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days of us receiving the return or approving a damage claim.
• Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item was faulty or damaged.
• Return shipping for non-faulty returns is the customer's responsibility.
