Introduction
These Terms of Service govern your use of rutlandph.shop and any purchase you make from Rutlandph, operated by RUTLAND PLUMBING AND HEATING SERVICES LIMITED (No. 04279719). By using this site or placing an order, you agree to these terms.
Orders & pricing
All prices are shown in US Dollars (USD) and include the product price only; shipping and any taxes/duties are shown separately at checkout. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors and to refuse or cancel an order (for example where stock is unavailable or an error has occurred), in which case we will refund any payment taken.
Payment
Payments are processed securely by Stripe and PayPal. We do not store your full card details. Your statement will show RUTLANDPH STORE. Orders are confirmed once payment is authorised.
Shipping
Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery. See our Shipping Policy for methods, costs and timeframes.
Returns & refunds
Unopened items may be returned within 14 days. For hygiene reasons, opened food-contact items cannot be returned unless faulty or damaged. See our Returns Policy and Refund Policy. These terms do not affect your statutory rights.
Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the site, attempt to interfere with its security, or use it for any unlawful purpose. All content on the site (text, images, logos) is owned by or licensed to us and may not be reproduced without permission.
Product information
We describe our products as accurately as possible, including materials, sizes and food-grade standards (FDA / LFGB). Colours may vary slightly due to screens. Our products are storage containers; we do not represent that they extend the shelf life of food, are antibacterial, or provide any health benefit. Always follow the temperature, microwave and freezer guidance stated for each item.
Liability
Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be excluded by law (including for death or personal injury caused by negligence). Subject to that, our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
