These terms are a contract between you and RUTLAND PLUMBING AND HEATING SERVICES LIMITED for use of the Rutlandph Utility Log workspace at rutlandph.shop. By using the service you agree to them.

1. The service

Rutlandph Utility Log is an online-only digital SaaS workspace. There are no physical goods, no shipping, no on-site visits, and no repair, installation, or diagnostic services. The service generates draft household maintenance records, question lists, and photo checklists from information you provide.

2. Drafts only — no professional services

Outputs are drafts. We do not provide repair, installation, inspection, diagnosis, certification, or emergency services, and nothing here is professional advice. You are responsible for reviewing every output for accuracy, rights, and compliance, and for confirming real conditions with a licensed professional before acting. See the AI Disclaimer.

3. Acceptable use

You must follow our Acceptable Use policy. You must not use the workspace to generate operational repair steps for gas, electrical, structural, roofing, or pressurised systems, or to present output as a certificate, report, or emergency instruction.

4. Subscriptions, credits & payment

Paid plans are recurring monthly subscriptions billed in US dollars (USD).
Subscriptions auto-renew each month until cancelled; you can cancel anytime in Account.
Plans include monthly credits that reset each billing period and do not roll over.
Payment is handled by third-party processors; card statements show AI UTILITY LOG.
Refunds and cancellations follow our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

5. Your content

You retain ownership of the notes you enter and the drafts you generate. You grant us a limited licence to process them to provide the service, including sending text to AI providers as described in the Privacy Policy.

6. Availability & changes

We aim to keep the service available but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may update features, plans, or these terms; material changes will be posted here.

7. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided "as is", and we are not liable for losses arising from reliance on AI-generated drafts or from any work carried out by you or a third party. Nothing limits liability that cannot be excluded by law.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and disputes are subject to its courts, without affecting mandatory consumer rights in your place of residence.
