This policy covers the Rutlandph Utility Log subscription. It is an online-only digital service; there are no physical goods, shipping, or returns.

Cancelling your subscription

You can cancel at any time from the Account page.
On cancellation, your plan stays active until the end of the current paid month, then does not renew.
After the period ends you keep access to the free Draft tier.

Refunds

Monthly subscription fees are generally non-refundable once a billing period has started, because access is delivered immediately.
Credits already used are non-refundable. Unused monthly credits have no cash value and do not roll over.
If you were charged in error, charged twice, or could not access the service due to a fault on our side, contact us and we will investigate and issue an appropriate refund in USD.

Statutory rights

Nothing in this policy removes mandatory consumer rights available to you under the law of your place of residence or under England and Wales. Where a statutory cancellation right applies to digital services, we honour it.

How to request a refund or correction

Email support@rutlandph.shop from your account email with the charge date and amount. Card statements show the descriptor AI UTILITY LOG. We aim to respond within one business day (United Kingdom time (GMT / BST)).
